We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Client Partner to join our financial services account team to accelerate growth in our New York City Capital Markets business. In this role, you will be tasked with both setting the strategic direction and got to market approach and partnering with our clients to identify and deliver on their objectives and business challenges across all Slalom offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the strategic direction for capital markets, including identifying partnership, marketing and industry forum opportunities to grow Slalom’s brand.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current capital markets industry trends and show how Slalom capabilities and thought leadership can address current business challenges
  • Build strong and lasting client relationships based on trust and high-quality delivery of Slalom services
  • Collaborate to set and deliver on strategic direction for assigned accounts, including identifying opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings
  • Own profitability of assigned capital market accounts
  • Own direct revenue responsibility of $5-10+ million across assigned accounts
  • Manage individual and team utilization based on client needs
  • Understand and facilitate SOW creation, RFP responses, tools and subject matter expertise in the service of business development
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements, including delivery QA
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys
  • Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Collaborate with local and national account strategy and initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 10+ years of client management/leadership experience, ideally within a formal management consulting environment and/or Capital Markets industry experience
  • Understanding of traditional Front, Middle and Back-office processes, tech and operations
  • Ability to bring and develop C-suite and VP+ relationships
  • The ability to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management and team/people management all in a single role
  • Advanced project delivery, including all aspects of project/program management
  • Previous P&L ownership and direct revenue responsibilities
  • Strong executive presence.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In New York, the base salary pay range for this position is $220,000 - $365,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
