Role
People are our client’s differentiator. As a Help Desk/Support Specialist supporting the customer, you will be trusted to provide both critical support in addressing complicated IT-related issues and exceptional customer service. In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborating with a dynamic team of highly talented IT professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complicated IT-related issues through advanced troubleshooting, and expanding one’s technical expertise to accommodate the rapid development and enhancement of new and existing technologies.
Collaborating with teammates and government customers to identify process improvements.
Working independently to, specifically, troubleshoot the gamut of issues users experience with Apple products in a training environment.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Minimum of 6 years related experience.
Technical skills: Troubleshooting Apple products, Mac Books, Apple TV's, iPads, Cisco Products
Security clearance level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of McAfee, Microsoft Server 2016-Hyper-V
