We are working with an established printing company based in Charlotte, NC. They are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their team on Day Shift in return for flexible pay along with excellent employment benefits which include Healthcare, Vision and Dental insurance, PTO and 401k match.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, managing their accounts and addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of order management, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor the quality of service provided, implementing improvements as needed to maintain high standards.
• Generate and analyze customer service reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives, helping them develop their skills and improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customer service operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to drive product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Mix between inside sales and customer service
• More focused on customer service now,
• No sales calls really
• Interacting with customers on work-orders
• Answering customer queries
• Updating customers on progression of order
• Understanding Mechanic Specifications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with printing processes and terminology is a plus.
