CompExecs is assisting a market-leading, global, company in their search for a Senior Compensation Consultant in the Atlanta area. This is a hybrid work environment (three days in the office each week - not full-time remote). They are seeking a seasoned compensation professional with excellent analytical skills, experience as a highly valued compensation partner to multiple lines of business, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the business and its people. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering Broad-Based and Incentive Compensation Programs, providing guidance and assistance to business leadership and HR team members, and serving as a compensation point of contact to designated business units and/or functional groups.
