GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Senior Finance Executives with Lendistry’s capital markets strategy including, but not limited to, warehouse lending, equity securities, securitization, and government program funding.
• Assist Senior Finance Executives with the daily operating relationships with our capital markets providers, including our warehouse lines and permanent funding providers.
• Assist Senior Finance Executives with managing credit ratings and relationships with credit agencies for Lendistry and its products.
• Collaborate with rating agencies to determine ways to improve our lending products, as well as optimize them for securitization execution.
• Assist Senior Finance Executives with developing and implementing a securitization process for all product lines.
• Assist Senior Finance Executives with creating processes across Lendistry, our banking partners, our capital markets partners, and debt providers to run efficiently with minimal errors.
• Assist in other functions across the organization, such as pitching to customers and banking partners, evaluating technology providers, and investor meetings.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Credit teams to ensure cross-collaboration to drive capital market strategies successfully.


PROFICIENCIES

• Knowledge of the capital markets landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with a specific emphasis on MS Excel or other financial modeling software.
• Experience with the CDFI Financing Opportunities and/or New Markets Tax Credits a big plus.
• Ability to navigate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in an organized manner.
• Demonstrated strength and success in sales and negotiations.
• Data driven approach and strong analytical skills.
• Low ego: willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
• True collaborator and strong communicator with proven ability to work cross functionally.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 3 years in capital markets or related fields.

SALARY

• $105,000 - $137,300/Annually, depending on experience and location
