Senior Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of accounting experience, performing month-end close, producing P&L statements, looking at trends and reporting to management. There is opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or pursing a CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
