In this pivotal position, you'll lead the charge in expanding our client base for Wonderlic Select and Wonderlic Develop, focusing on acquiring our largest new clients. Your expertise in new-logo sales will not only drive revenue growth but also shape the future of our sales strategy. By forging strong relationships with key decision-makers and harnessing your exceptional sales and negotiation skills, you'll play a crucial role in introducing Wonderlic's innovative talent solutions to new markets, and your ability to simplify complex concepts and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in winning over new clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your curiosity about our products, industry, and the marketplace to build and maintain strong knowledge, enabling you to offer strategic insights and solutions to our customers
  • Cultivate customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals
  • Drive significant growth from new customers, achieving or exceeding individual and team quotas, as well as annual revenue goals
  • Proactively identify and target potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how Wonderlic's solutions can help achieve their goals
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and close new business to increase revenue
  • Ensure smooth transition of won customers to Customer Success
  • Identify blockers and barriers to customer adoption, creating feedback loops between the customer and product teams.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of new and existing product offerings, industry trends, new developments, and current competitive conditions within the marketplace.
  • Analyze trends based on predictions of customer preferences.


Qualifications And Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales
  • Demonstrated track record of long-term success and upward internal career progression in previous quota-carrying sales roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS HR Technology sector, ideally in pre-employment assessments, employee development, or disruptive technology
  • Demonstrated expertise selling to mid-market organizations with 250-2500 employees; enterprise (2500+ employees) experience is a plus
  • Extensive experience in selling solutions to executives across various industries
  • Experience building your own pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities


Target Compensation

This position offers a compensation package from $150,000 to $180,000, split between a base salary and uncapped commissions.
