Talent Acquisition Associate Manager @ AmeriCo. Group, Basic Resources + USA Legwear, PVH Legwear, & High Life LLC
We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage our department store business and continue growing our national retail presence for activewear! They will work with our Executive Vice President of Sales and Licensing to execute strategies to grow sales. This role involves managing buyer relationships as well as working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Design, and Merchandising.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute key growth sales plans required to achieve/beat financial targets
Open new account opportunities for the brand
Participate in account planning and strategy including revenue goals
Run/Attend/Prepare/Strategize for all key account sales meetings
Review account reporting and results
Identify account opportunities and help set direction
Present brand overview to all new accounts
work with Operations, Design, Planning, Production, Marketing, and Sourcing teams to drive organic growth across the brand and ensure brand requirements are met
Assure assortments meet individual account business needs and expectations
Identify product opportunities and help set product direction
Shop key accounts and competition and regularly provide competitive samples
Monitor market trends and inform team
Participate in brand and company initiatives
Partner with all internal teams to provide brand updates for all departments
Provide and keep projections up-to-date for yearly business expectations
Negotiate seasonal agreements and cost structure
Ensure merchandising needs fit within budget plans
Access customer portals to pull selling information and analyze sales on a weekly basis
Generate forecasts through predictive analytics and develop into a sustainable and scalable strategic framework
Drive continuous improvement in sales analysis, forecast accuracy, and forecasting processes to positively impact inventory positions, sales and margin
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience
Experience selling to Department stores and leveraging buyer relationships
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Proven track record in delivering insight with strong grounding in analytical research
Strong skillset in multitasking with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
SAP experience is a plus
Ability to travel (if and when needed)
Annual salary starting at $100,000
