What You'll Be Doing
Lead the charge in implementing and configuring the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module to meet our organization's unique recruitment needs and industry standards.
Customize job requisitions, candidate profiles, and recruitment workflows to perfection.
Team up with HR stakeholders, hiring managers, recruiters, and IT wizards to understand recruitment requirements and ensure seamless integration and adoption of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module.
Coordinate the integration of our SuccessFactors module with other HR systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency across the board.
Be the go-to guru for comprehensive training and support, empowering our team members to harness the full potential of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management module.
Develop top-notch training materials and documentation to support our users every step of the way.
Champion data privacy and security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Dive deep into data analysis to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics, guiding decision-making and process improvement efforts.
What You Bring To The Table
Proven experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, with a special knack for the Onboarding module.
A solid grasp of HR processes, particularly in the onboarding realm.
Hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors platform, including module configuration, workflow customization, and integration management.
Bonus points for experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration tools.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding or related modules is a must.
A Bachelor's Degree to round off your impressive skill set.
