Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: NYC / Chicago / Toronto – Hybrid Must (2-3 Days/week)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in configuration on Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and technologies, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS) according to client needs.
  • Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and system testing for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget constraints.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Contribute to the development of pre-sales materials, proposals, and project documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including data migration, integration, and system testing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and project implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
