Our international insurance carrier client is looking to add an SAP Financial Systems Analyst, Team Lead to their already stable team.
Salary
$110,000 - $115,000/year+ (based on experience)
Up to 15% annual bonus
Requirements:
6 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, general ledger and reporting tools
Proficient in Front-End and Back-End SAP utilization
Need to have strong project management experience
CPA, MBA, CPCU, CFA or CTP a plus!
Job Description
Lead and support the business in the development of new or changes to financial processes and reports
Ensure appropriate change management practices are effectively utilized to improve execution and delivery of results
Act as a lead point of contact for financial systems and processes, working as a conduit between finance, IT and the Business Units and support functions as required
Contribute to the delivery of the Financial Accounting and Reporting organizational goals through close work with the team and across other areas of Finance and Actuarial and the business ensuring outputs are robust and completed in a timely manner
Lead, participate or guide the successful implementation of medium complexity local projects, sub-projects or phases of a larger projects
