What you’ll do:

Ongoing support of compensation policy strategy, which includes recurring analyses and monitoring of trends, supporting investigations around potential policy changes, and collaborating with stakeholders on compensation/policy impacts of various company initiatives.
  • Sales Compensation Data and Systems: Owner of all compensation-related data, which includes management of ongoing compensation processes, data integrations, audits, and SOX controls. This also includes partnering with internal dev teams in identifying data integrity issues, resolving bugs, and influencing improvement/bug prioritization.
  • Project Management: Lead strategic cross-functional projects end-to-end that can span 2 weeks to multiple quarters. Scope of projects can include crafting sales compensation policies to support compensation plan changes, developing new sales compensation processes to set quotas, crafting and operationalizing new compensation plans, and leading workstreams to update business line rules and policies.
  • Sales Headcount planning: Manage headcount optimization processes to support the business (such as evaluating the impact of different book sizes, backfill headcount planning, understanding the workload of a sales rep, and creation and management of headcount workload models). Ensure continuous communication with the sales leaders and clear headcount planning and reporting process to mitigate any future headcount gaps due to impact of compensation changes, attrition, leave of absences etc.
