Role Overview: As a Sales Director at Matic Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. What You’ll Do:

  • Engage in thoughtful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and articulate tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for both bespoke agency projects and strategic staff augmentation
  • Leverage your ever-growing knowledge of digital markets, including AI, to develop and expand client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges
  • Work autonomously to manage your pipeline from prospecting to close, using your strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and follow-ups
  • Contribute to strategy sessions and collaborate with our teams to refine our approach based on market feedback and trends
  • Must be familiar with UX/UI, strategic engagements and digital platforms for web and mobile

Contract to Hire: This role begins with a 90-day contract period, allowing both parties to ensure a mutual fit. During the contract phase, compensation includes a base pay plus an 8% commission on all developed business. Upon successful completion of the initial contract and transition to full-time employment, additional benefits become available, including remote work options, a vibrant company culture, comprehensive health and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, and a responsible PTO policy.
