Duties and Tasks:
Exceeding sales targets, ensuring memorable customer interactions, and meeting operational standards at promotional events
Elevating customer satisfaction levels through deep product knowledge and collaborative sales efforts with team members during promotional events
Setting and achieving ambitious sales goals while maximizing personal productivity during promotional events
Engaging proactively with every attendee through strategic questioning to understand their needs and drive sales
Mastering product expertise and trend awareness to tailor offerings to the unique demands of attendees at promotional events
Keeping up-to-date with product information and industry trends to capitalize on sales opportunities during promotional events
Cultivating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere to enhance sales performance and customer engagement during promotional events
Required Skills/Qualification:
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Technical sales knowledge to provide accurate product information and recommendation
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
