Sales Account Manager Role - OTE $85k-100k 1st Year!
The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing Healthcare company in Dallas, Texas looking for Sales Account Managers. Our client is disrupting the traditional staffing agency model by delivering a Gig-Economy Solution to the National Healthcare worker shortage – and they are winning!

If you are a highly motivated and driven sales individual, this is the career for you. You will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients in your territory, selling new contracts, filling coverage needs, and developing & managing healthcare providers.
Compensation Package:
Base + Commission = OTE $85-100k+ Quick Ramp Up
Employer Paid Medical Option, Dental and Vision option 100%
Employer Paid life insurance, including short and long-term disability
401K with dollar for dollar match up to 6% AND Immediate Vesting – Day 1
Free Onsite Gym
Responsibilities:
Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends Engage in detailed conversations with facilities/clients in your region
Assist clients through email, phone, video demonstrations and training sessions
Negotiate pay with clients/facilities Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of their Digital Platform
Resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships Manage a portfolio of business to achieve long-term success
Requirements
You can work in a fast-paced environment You have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
You are data driven (excel, reports, etc.)
You have proven work experience in a team environment You have high attention to detail and multiple tasking skills You are positive and have a problem-solving attitude
