Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive comfortable with working with an early stage company. You need to have a proven track record in SaaS sales, at least two years of AE experience, with ACVs of $50k - $100k and a sales cycle of 3-6 months. Having sold Quality Management System (QMS) or related software is a plus.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and play a significant role in shaping our sales process and strategy as we scale.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive comfortable with working with an early stage company. You need to have a proven track record in SaaS sales, at least two years of AE experience, with ACVs of $50k - $100k and a sales cycle of 3-6 months. Having sold Quality Management System (QMS) or related software is a plus.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and play a significant role in shaping our sales process and strategy as we scale.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the life sciences and manufacturing sectors
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and how Unifize can add value
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for engaging with key segments
- Navigate complex sales cycles, from initial contact through negotiation and closing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $120k and $150k, with a 6x new ARR quota when fully ramped
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE selling SaaS with ACVs of $50k - $100k and a sales cycle of 3-6 months. Medical device or life sciences sectors experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of the life sciences and manufacturing industries, including key challenges and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
