Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Extensive experience in safety management or environmental oversight
• In-depth understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results
• Exceptional organizational and presentation skills

• Relevant professional certifications
• Training in hazardous material response and rescue procedures
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) programs

• Develop, implement, and oversee safety and environmental programs
• Provide leadership and guidance on safety practices
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Investigate incidents and develop preventive measures
• Coordinate employee training initiatives
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders
• Manage workers' compensation claims and regulatory reporting
