Responsibilities of a R&D Chemist position:

• Product service and maintenance regarding optimization and development of formulations.
• Development of new products to support sales projects and their implementation at the customer.
• Support in the correction and reprocessing of defective batches.
• Answer customer requests in coordination with the Technical Director and Sales Director.
• Complete measurements of color samples.
• Training staff members and customers.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments.
• Initiate and review technical data sheets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Chemistry or other related field.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb problem-solving and decision making skills
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and creative ability.
