We are looking for an IT ServiceNow Business Analyst to be responsible for driving the future state usability of the ServiceNow platform leveraging ITSM, ITOM and CSDM best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
- 4+ years of technical Business Analysis or Business System Analysis experience
- 1+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM suite (i.e., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, SLA) to include working experience in an IT Service Management process coordinator or similar support role
