CRi is hiring Relief/PRN Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A) to join our mental health programs in Arlington, VA!
Virginia Credential Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) is responsible for collaboratively setting the clinical direction of services provided to individual/s receiving services through the development of the Individualized Recovery Plan (IRP). QMHP supports individuals through day to day needs and overall recovery process and when needed, through stabilization of crisis. Assists individuals to achieve maximum independence through delivery of services outlined in their plan. Provides supportive counseling, training and community integration to individuals with a mental health disability.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- MUST be registered and in good standing with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A or must be a LMFT, LSATP, or LPC in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be knowledgeable of the following topics:
- The nature of mental illness in adults
- Treatment modalities and intervention techniques, such as behavior management, independent living skills training, supportive counseling, family education, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and service coordination.
- Clinical assessments and their use in service planning.
- Consumer's rights.
- Local community resources and service delivery systems.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication principles and techniques
- Nutrition
- General principles to record documentation electronically.
- Service planning process and major components of a service plan
- Should be in good physical condition for required lifting and physical intervention for hazardous behavior and assistance with care.
