Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health Clinic

HealthPartners Regions Behavioral Health Clinic in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing team and provide excellent patient care.

At our Behavioral Health Clinic, service excellence is to be centered on patient care and patient relationships and teamwork is the norm and all employees will be held accountable to work as effective team members. The person in this RN position will perform patient centered, safe, effective patient care based on age specific needs of patient population served. Assists the prescribing clinician in providing services in telephone triage, providing crisis management, patient education, data gathering and supportive services to perform related duties as assigned.
Work schedule: 0.60 FTE Day shift 8:30am-5pm
Required Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited program in nursing
Licensure: Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Two years in the field of psychiatry & outpatient clinic experience preferred
