Roles/Responsibilities
Lead sales initiatives in the Florida market, setting and achieving sales targets effectively.
Utilize expert knowledge of the market, channels, and key accounts in commercial office furniture.
Guide and mentor sales assistants to optimize performance.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
Employ conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
