Regional Sales Executive - $100k+ Salary

CyberCoders Houston, TX

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our Houston, TX team, ideally with 5+ years of sales experience selling to commercial and/or large property companies (i.e. Hospitals, Universities, Commercial Real Estate, etc.). A successful candidate will be a highly organized team player who can deliver in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ultimately handle all aspects of assigned projects from beginning to closeout. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for generating leads, and then transforming those leads into customers. You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy to meet our sales goals and objectives. You will handle prospecting, bidding, contract negotiation, and will manage the project with the help of our field operations leaders.

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ years of Sales experience
  • Experience selling to large commercial properties (Hospitals, Universities, Large Commercial Buildings, etc).
  • Experience with selling service work in a commercial setting (Roofing, Janitorial, Landscaping, etc.)
