As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in Limbic's US go-to-market team, developing new customer relationships and closing multi-year contracts with mental health providers nationally. In this role, you'll bring an entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record as a high achieving sales performer within mental and behavioral health.

What you'll be doing at Limbic:

  • Use a combination of cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messaging and other outbound communication methods to reach your target audience and schedule the required number of monthly sales interactions
  • Enter calls, activities and customer information into a CRM (Hubspot) and update as needed to ensure the accuracy of forecasts and keep all stakeholders informed
  • Develop, prioritize, and diligently maintain a large pipeline of opportunities to move progress deals forward through contracting
  • Establish relationships with a variety of stakeholders within target mental/behavioral health accounts, including C-level contacts as well as clinical leads and others that play a role in decision-making
  • Use sales and marketing automation tools to enhance exposure within target accounts, measure inbound and outbound activities, and monitor effectiveness of personal sales activity
  • Provide market feedback on competitive activity, pricing, and other industry trends to marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Attend several conferences and trade shows around the US and manage the exhibit and in-person sales efforts
  • Contribute the company culture by embracing and enhancing company values


Requirements

Who you are:

  • Experience selling into or operating within mental/behavioral health providers, including Community Mental Health Clinics (CMHCs) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs)
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflow/KPIs and an ability to translate client pain points into solutions
  • Entrepreneurial with experience in early-stage startups, ideally in mental/behavioral healthcare
  • A "hunter" mentality with relentless focus to find the right target client partners, secure introductory meetings, and push opportunities from qualification through closure over lengthy sales cycles
  • Ability to formulate business case proposals to demonstrate economic value/ROI as well as improvements in clinical outcomes and patient and clinician satisfaction
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS sales role, ideally in mental healthcare
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mission-oriented team player with a desire to be a part of an innovative, fast-growing company
