We are looking for a Regional Property Manager for managing four properties in a multifamily portfolio, totaling around 1500 apartments. This is a remote position, howeven the Property Manager should be based in Altnata and willing to do Property visits when required,

Overview

As a Regional Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the operations of multiple properties within the designated geographical region. You will lead a team of property managers, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing property performance, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management with experience in managing multiple properties managed simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and leasing practices
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed
  
  

Responsibilities

Property Portfolio Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the region

Monitor performance metrics such as occupancy rates, leasing activity, and revenue generation

Implement strategies to maximize property profitability and asset value

Team Leadership And Management

Supervise and provide guidance to Lease Agents, Technicians and support staff

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training

Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure high team morale and productivity

Tenant Relations And Lease Negotiation

Serve as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations

Ensure excellent tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and maintaining open communication channels

Implement tenant retention strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize retention rates

Property Maintenance And Compliance

Ensure properties meet regulatory requirements and industry standards

Coordinate maintenance activities to uphold property aesthetics and functionality

Develop and manage annual operating budgets for each property

Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards

Reporting And Documentation

Prepare comprehensive reports on property performance, financials, and operational activities

Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and other pertinent documents
