Our client, an American bank holding company and multinational financial services corporation is actively looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their New York, NY team.


***Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) - 3 Month Contract with potential for Extensions***


Job Description:

  • Recruitment Coordinators work directly with the Business Unit
  • Responsible for coordinating complex interviews schedules,
  • Escorting candidates to interviews
  • Assisting with other recruitment and onboarding tasks as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience using Slack, Webex, MS Office Suite especially Outlook and Excel.
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
