The InterEx Group is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a full Sales desk on our contract and perm divisions in our New York City office, a short walk from Grand Central Station!

Location: On Site in NYC - 45th & 5th Ave!

$65K-85K +Uncapped Commission (Salary varies depending on job level, experience and skillset)

Responsibilities:

• Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in either the Cloud, Data or Security market
• Complete a high volume of cold calling to perspective clients and candidates each day
• Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships
• Manage multiple full-cycle recruitment processes
• Negotiate, organize and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients
• Complete a high volume of cold calling to perspective clients and candidates each day

Must-Haves

• Top billers
• Experienced 360/ full-desk Consultants with 6-18 months experience within the Technology sector (Cloud, Data, Security preferred)
• Previous experience of building a Contract OR Perm book of business
• Candidates with excellent Account Management and Business Development experience
• Professionals with a successful track record of bringing in new business
