Recruiting Coordinator
Position Summary
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for finding potential talent for all of our company brands, including Wonder Meats Inc., New B&M Meats Inc., Brooklyn Provisions Inc., and B&M Philly Steaks Inc. This person will source and reach out to talent, conduct interviews and assessments, analyze metrics and assist in hiring decisions that bring in top talent into our company. The ideal applicant will also be willing to “wear many hats” and assist in daily administration and various projects throughout the organization as needed. This person will be personable and positive, with great time management and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Draft, post, update and remove jobs from job boards, careers pages and social networks; Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen resumes; Schedule and confirm phone, virtual and in-person interviews; Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Conduct interviews and assessments using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants’
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Support salary (office, management) positions across all Wonder Meats family brands
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to think critically and outside the box, inquisitive problem solver
- Works well under time pressures with ability to prioritize key tasks
- Receptive to feedback for improvement and thoughtful of differing viewpoints
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
