Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to the FinTech sector
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the FinTech industry, including software developers, data analysts, and financial experts
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance

Requirements:
