Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to the FinTech sector
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the FinTech industry, including software developers, data analysts, and financial experts
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of top FinTech talent
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting for the FinTech sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably within the FinTech industry
Strong understanding of FinTech concepts and terminology
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
