The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and filling salaried corporate positions. This position will work closely with management to understand the needs of their department and identify talent.

Responsibilities
- Source for current open salaried corporate positions
- Develop effective relationships with all internal teams to understand needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for each role
- Utilize all tools available to present the most qualified candidates
- Maintain an updated applicant tracking system for current and future positions
- Use metrics and follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine recruiting plan efficiency
- Develop talent pool pipelines for current or future roles
- Manage the dynamic recruiting life cycle for each role as assigned: role development, screening, assessments, testing, interviewing, reference checking, decision making, and offers
- Work in conjunction with Director of Talent and VP of HR to make sure the company’s compensation is competitive with the marketplace
- Help improve the onboarding experience for all new employees and hiring managers
Bachelors degree preferred.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 3 years of corporate salaried recruiting with experience managing multiple requisitions with various departments and hiring managers.
- Creative, strategic recruiting experience highly desirable
- Proven ability to be a team player.
- Enjoys problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and display strong judgment.
- Construction industry experience highly preferred.
