About the Role:

  • As a Recruiter Specialist 3, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruiting efforts, developing both short and long-term recruiting strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Your role will include talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, coordinating the interview process, offer negotiations, and new hire onboarding.
  • You will be instrumental in creating effective job postings, conducting recruitment research, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities in the field.
  • Additionally, you will utilize online recruiting resources and tools to attract top talent and support recruiting events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term recruiting strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend effective job postings.
  • Conduct research on recruitment standards and monitor industry trends.
  • Perform screening and interviews of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize online recruiting resources, tools, and systems to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Plan and support recruiting events.
  • Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines.
  • Source candidates from external resume databases, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
  • Experience working with an internal ATS
  • Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with drive to be successful
  • Must have previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where they were required to communicate with both internal and external executives (verbal and written)
  • Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple stakeholders



Location: Seattle, WA/ Charleston, SC


Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $70,000 - $75,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
