Job Description for Realtor / Client Service Manager:

 

When other real estate firms complain of a “market slowdown” and that there’s not enough business to pay the bills, at SASH, our phone continues to ring from new clients. Month in and month out, no matter what’s happening with the economy, interest rates, or housing news, we stay busy serving our clients. Why is this?


At SASH, we specialize in serving a niche market whose need for our services stays constant: senior homeowners. Since 2005, we have provided specialized, proprietary services that were designed specifically to lift the stress, work, and expense of the home sale off the shoulders of senior homeowners and their families. We love our work, and we’re passionate about providing each client with the best home sale experience possible!


In the first quarter of 2024, SASH is hiring for a limited number of Realtors / Client Service Managers across the greater Puget Sound area. These are real estate professionals who receive extensive and ongoing training, and daily support from our home office, to serve our wonderful senior clients and their families.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1)     Licensed Real Estate Broker: You must have an active Washington State real estate license in good standing to be a Client Service Manager. Both experienced real estate professionals and newly licensed brokers may apply. We can teach you the technical real estate knowledge to be successful, to create outstanding results for your clients.

2)     Full Time: The position of Client Service Manager (also called CSM) is full-time. There are no exceptions. We find that only professionals fully dedicated to this work can succeed at it; this way our CSMs have the time committed to grow their knowledge, experience, and referral network.

3)     Work from Home: All of our Realtors / Client Service Managers work from a home office, leaving daily to meet with clients, check on properties, engage in marketing and outreach, and to sell homes. It is essential to have a dedicated work space at home where you can have Zoom meetings, have uninterrupted phone calls, and work on contracts.

4)     We Train: You don’t have to have any elder care knowledge or real estate knowledge, but having both or either is very helpful to getting off the ground in your work. SASH provides one-on-one training, weekly training, and “boot camp” training to help you be the best in your field, proficient and superb in all of your real estate work.

5)     100% Commission: Our Client Service Managers are paid at the end of the transaction when the property sells, and it is both feasible and common to exceed six figures in take home pay per year. There is no limit to how much you can earn each year; it is based on your hard work, dedication, and consistent investment into your knowledge and training. It’s helpful to have a “financial runway” enabling you to pay bills while you work towards your first paycheck.

·        Are comfortable with handling and organizing paperwork: the contracts, forms, and paperwork that real estate requires

·        Have a reliable, professional vehicle and don’t mind drive time to appointments and events

·        Live in the Western Washington are and want to serve their greater community
