Client is seeking a Manager or Director for Radiology Dept who oversees daily operations, ensuring quality imaging services and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage radiology staff, policies, and protocols.
Budget, resource, and equipment management.
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with departments for coordinated patient care.
Develop strategic plans for departmental growth.
Communicate effectively and prepare reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Extensive Radiology Experience With Leadership Responsibilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation.
