Role: R&D Engineer_Human Factors

Location: St. Paul, MN - 55117

Duration: 12 Months

Length is 12 months contract with a possible extension to 24 months - this is considered a long-term role for the sake of continuity

Experience needed: 5 + within the industry practicing Human Factor and product development settings, this is a hands-on project / using user interface design, framing, prototyping, workflow design

Education - a Master’s Degree is required in HF Engineering or a related discipline like Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Engineering

Job Description

Skills needed

• Knowledge of HF methodology, testing, user research, converting learning to requirements and concepts, UI design, user interface design software
• Experience designing Human Factor studies
• Working in a product development environment,
• Will work with x-functional partners so should have leadership skills;
  
  

Technical Tools/Skills - Analysis methods, Task Analysis, Design Research Studies skills
