Quantitative Analyst / Boutique Systematic Hedge Fund / New York

My client, a boutique systematic hedge fund, is seeking an exceptional Quantitative Analyst (QA) / Data Analyst to join their team in New York.

The successful Quantitative Analyst (QA) / Data Analyst will be working directly with both Macro and Equity Portfolio Managers to provide insights on investments, risk profile, and portfolio construction. You should have experience in these three areas, alongside have the ability to develop analytics tools to monitor portfolio and construction features.

This individual should have experience working in quantitative programming languages (Python, C++, MATLAB and R) alongside SQL. Experience with multi-factor models and fixed income products are also beneficial.

This is an opportunity to engage with Portfolio Managers to present analytics and research from a risk management and portfolio construction perspective, therefore strong communication skills are a necessity.
