About the Role:
Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and evolution of QE strategy, methodology, and framework for consumer lending.
Provide strategic direction and support to leadership across loan origination, servicing, data, and system performance.
Mentor and guide the QE team, driving quality outcomes through test automation and innovation.
Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring high adherence levels.
Collaborate with development and support teams to align with QE strategy and best practices.
Drive continuous QA improvements and monitor metrics and SLAs.
Serve as an escalation point and primary contact for QE teams.
Desired Skills:
QE experience with a focus on the commercial Loan/Mortgage industry.
Proven QE program management across multiple projects in a global delivery model.
Proficiency in various testing aspects such as system, functional, regression, and performance.
Experience with QA in agile and waterfall methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and recognize talent.
Thought leadership in adopting emerging trends in software quality assurance.
Excellent communication skills to provide updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in building strong relationships across business, IT, and vendor partners.
Proficiency in risk management and experience in managing testing departments.
Location: Hybrid in Dallas (2-3 days onsite)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $125,000-135,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
