Quality Control Scientist

RBW is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company seeking a highly qualified QC Scientist to join their team. In this role, you'll be the guardian of quality, providing critical oversight of external quality control laboratories (CDMOs/CROs). Your expertise will be instrumental in method transfers, qualifications, and validations, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the review and authoring of method qualifications, validations, transfers, and stability protocols.
• Provide comprehensive data review to support successful implementation of these protocols.
• Collaborate with external labs to ensure seamless method transfers and adherence to rigorous standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in QC.

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry) with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in method qualification, transfer, and validation procedures.
• Proven experience with cell-based assays, including Flow Cytometry, Cell Counting/Viability, PCR, and Compendial Methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective interaction with internal and external teams.
