Quality Assurance Training Coordinator

Essential Job Functions Include

• Maintain robust, compliant training system and qualification programs.
• Work with department leaders and subject matter experts to establish and maintain training curricula and identify opportunities to identify and execute training action plans.
• Contribute to the organization’s success in compliance, safety, and operations by coordinating development of training courses across all levels of the organization.
• Oversee administration of the electronic Training Management System
• Support timely personnel requalification activities.
• Provide training performance metrics and to made data-based decisions to improve overall employee performance.

• Effective communicator in various settings with strong skills in basic computer use
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, GMP, or ISO manufacturing environment or experience in learning and development is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science /engineering or a field related to personnel development, or equivalent experience.
