WHAT WE’LL NEED

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Analyst to be a key partner in a highly cross-functional and collaborative team, defining and driving operational improvement initiatives across the global market. This role will have high impact on finding creative approaches to improving speed of service, order accuracy and insuring consistency across the brand.

This role partners cross-functionally within the organization (both domestic and international), particularly with Operations, Development, Tech, and externally with 3rd-party vendors. Clear communication and project planning is critical, as is a proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented style.

• Support Growth Strategy initiatives through project planning/management, data analysis and solution development (capacity planning, throughput analysis, work measurement).
• Spearhead communications for all Growth Strategy and testing initiatives with cross-functional teams, field operations and 3rd party vendors.
• Develop labor standards to identify process improvement opportunities and identify non-value-added work.
• Drives process innovation and simplification for all operational procedures across the brand with emphasis on improving the overall guest experience and team member experience.
• Analyze restaurant practices and standard operating procedures to identify process improvement and margin enhancement opportunities by leveraging sales trends, labor, COGS, profitability and guest experience insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Development, Technology teams and 3rd party vendors to execute pilot testing of initiatives and company wide rollouts.
• Support R&D testing of new equipment and products through process analysis, workstation design and back of house kitchen design.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
• 2 – 5 years of F&B/restaurant experience preferred
• Technical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Power BI, Tableau
• Project management/Project planning
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives
• Able to communicate/present clearly to all levels of management
• Data analytics and process analysis
• Time and motion analysis a plus
• Restaurant design and equipment capacity planning
