Responsibilities:

• Manager MEP Projects between $50K-2MM from cradle to the grave
• Communicate with General Contractor (GC)
• Manage technical project documentation (reading blueprint specs, and schematics)
• Handle purchasing and delivery coordination
• Manage field employees
• Work with / coordinate vendors and subcontractors
  
  

Required Skills:

• Comfort with learning/advising Construction software (Structure) systems
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Experience 5-10 or more years of experience as a project manager in commercial mechanical industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Responsible for the quality and financial outcome of assigned projects
• Long-term intention for projects served by Weymouth and surrounding area
• Have working knowledge of HVAC & mechanical codes
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and detail oriented
