Project Manager III (HealthPlan Exp required) _ Temp to Hire _ Remote

Kaeppel Consulting has an immediate need for a Project Manager III that has healthcare/ health insurance experience. All candidates that will be considered for this position MUST hold prior experience leading initiatives in the healthcare/ health insurance industry as well as experience with Health plan. Experience in Behavioral Health is a PLUS. This position will be 100% remote and will be a Temp to Hire role.

You will play a critical role in the execution of key strategic projects as part of our client's business transformation and will include support for a wide variety of critical transformation projects as part of our client's overall portfolio.

• Execute assigned projects which deliver cost, service and/or process and efficiency improvements
• Effectively work across multiple business units and functional teams to drive results

• Keep project teams on track relative to scope, schedule, and resources

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years’ experience in Project Management
• PMP Certified
• PMO set up
  
  

Experience in:

• health risk assessments, care management, quality of care, authorizations
• Health plans
• Behavioral Health is a PLUS
• Strong analytical and business judgment including demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and data analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and mentor
• Strong situational leadership and influencing skills
