Project Manager - Construction, Manager, multi-family

We are an established, GC contractor who has been around since 2001 who specializes in Multi-Family Construction and we are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to join our team. After 20+ years we are consistently ranked in the Top 5 for General Contractors in the Washington DC area. We have completed over 5,000 apartments, and continue to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to grow with us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working project start to finish
• Working Directly with the Project Superintendent
• Team player, working with other members of the job-site
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 7+ years of Multi-Family Construction experience
• Strong Microsoft computer skills
• Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
