Job Description


Right now - we have a Project Manager opportunities available in the Midwest, USA region on a Fixed Term Contract basis (18 to 24 months) where you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the business.


You will lead a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking whilst working closely with the Program Manager / Site leaders. This will require the ability to interact with multiple different functions across a matrix environment, gathering and presenting data, providing regular updates accordingly.


Ideal candidates must possess exceptional organisational, project management, and creative skills with the ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities


What you'll do:


  • You will be responsible for the planning of the project, this will involve detailing the project’s scope, determining available resources whilst creating a schedule and timeline.
  • Work with the team to coordinate the team members, convey tasks details to individual members whilst keeping the team close-knit.
  • Tracking the progress of the project and making necessary adjustments whilst managing the budget to include refining estimation costs and developing the budget.
  • Maintaining a clear communication with Stakeholders, acting as a bridge between them and Program Manager.
  • Taking responsibility for identifying and resolving issues that may occur during the project.
  • Ensuring the projects is on schedule and in budget whilst keeping a high level of satisfaction for the Stakeholders.

The Individual


What you'll definitely need:


  • Previous experience of working within either a manufacturing or engineering setting
  • Previous experience with budget management, keeping the project within budget whilst ensuring all necessary tasks are completed
  • Experience leading a team, bringing the team together to move in one direction and encouraging them
  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate with professionals on a vary of levels
  • To be a great problem solver
