Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the planning and coordination of the implementation of projects or processes within client Lender Services.
Primary duties include Project Management and Business Analysis core functions, such as meeting facilitations, facilitating all communications between internal and external teams, managing tasks, creating and managing project plans/TAR lists, project deliverables, assisting with requirements gathering and business analysis.

Essential Job Functions:
Update project plans/and or TAR lists for multiple existing projects (using MS Excel) Document all issues, risks, obstacles, and delays related to assigned projects.
Responsible for facilitating all project meetings, taking meeting minutes, assigning and updating status of action item lists, and working with the line of business and Sr. Project Manager.
Responsible for ensuring documentation of high level internal process flow for each project. Provide weekly status updates to internal SLS management and/or Sr. Project Manager.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Business Analysis Skills: Work independently with business users to document project progress, issues and roadblocks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including managers and subject matter experts.

Meeting Facilitation Skills: Capture and distribute meeting minutes, as well as any key project or business strategy decisions.

Job Specifications:
College Degree preferred. Required: Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
1+ years of project management experience.
Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.
Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative.
The candidate will primarily be stepping in as project manager for existing, established projects; however, new projects may also be assigned.

MS Office, specifically Excel and Teams; meeting facilitation/communication skills and project management or related experience (I don’t want to exclude candidates that don’t have the ‘project manager’ title/background, if that makes sense).
