About Our Client

This General Contractor is based in the St. Louis area, and averages around $200M in revenue. They are well known for offering diverse project types, and a family first culture to cultivate teamwork and support for their 100 employees. This firm is seeking a Project Director who thrives within a leadership position who will be able to provide insight on how to expand their business.

Job Description

• Working with the President to build their construction team internally and externally
• Build client and subcontractor relationships
• Work alongside design team and preconstruction team
• Manage design schedule
• Establish project budget and forecast
• Manage project costs
• Mentor and develop project management staff

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 15+ years construction industry experience
• A background in managing Multifamily/ Mixed-Use, Commercial or Healthcare projects
• A natural leader who can make/influence quick decisions
• An understanding of design/drawings and development
• Experienced with business development
