Perform as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort in support of is Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3)
Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues
Develop procedures, plan and direct execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress
Manage acquisition and employment of program resources and control financial and administrative aspects
