Join our growing Field Readiness Team to support and create value for our Global Sales Organization. You'll be energized and inspired by the challenge of ensuring our sellers have everything they need to successfully go-to-market with new solutions. As the key owner and program manager of our Product Enablement needs for the Sales field, your business acumen and intuitive understanding will ensure our diverse product trainings and launches reflect our selling motions and customer engagements. You are highly organized, creative, adaptable & deeply passionate about making a long lasting measurable impact to help our teams win market share.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve:

  • Develop a strong intuition for Asana's current sales practices by spending time with our customers and sellers, partnering with Strategy & Sales Leadership to refine our narrative, demo, collateral, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Strategy leads to support and execute program design for new go-to-market initiatives and pilot programs.
  • Coordinate the needs of Sales and Product Marketing leading up to launches, including Sales collateral, Playbook development, content creation, and demo environment preparation.
  • Design and deliver customized training plans for the broader Sales Org.
  • Test and validate product and program readiness by assessing sales motions, positioning, and strategies across our Global Sales Org.
  • Support the activation, adoption, and reinforcement of our Sales Playbooks across teams.
  • Create and manage a framework for capturing feedback at scale, synthesizing and communicating needs for successful launches back to our PMM Partners.
  • Build a shared framework with Product Marketing to set standards, criteria, and materials for each team per launch, orchestrating the decision-making process.

About You

  • 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Solutions Selling.
  • Expertise in SaaS business models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at managing relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to execute under swift deadlines, showcasing adaptability andAn entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude
  • Big-picture thinker with a holistic approach to assessing programs for opportunities to drive efficiency, manage risks, and make forward investments.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and educating others.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively while minimizing distractions.

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $185,000 - $235,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
