Summary
Join our dynamic team within the Data Governance, Transformation Project Management, and Business Enablement group in CMOF. We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to the continuous improvement and functionality of cloud manufacturing/fulfillment projects. As part of this role, you will be involved in process documentation, business process management, incident and problem management, as well as meeting and calendar management for the team. Additionally, you will play a key role in metadata documentation and team information maintenance in SharePoint and AzureDevOps.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within cloud manufacturing/fulfillment projects.
Assist in process documentation and business process management.
Manage incidents and problems effectively.
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the team.
Maintain metadata documentation and team information in SharePoint and AzureDevOps.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science or arts required.
Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook.
Minimum 1 year combined experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, or PowerApps tools.
Minimum 0.5 years of experience with Agile Dev Ops tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or Confluence.

Pay Range: $41 - 46.50 per hour
