Program Case Manager
An amazing new opportunity has come up in our Community Employment Services team! We are looking for a Program Case Manager to join us full-time and lead our Northeast Arc Heritage Shredding Program!
Job Summary: The role involves supervision, opportunities, and skill development for all individuals with all abilities supported in their work program.

Job Summary: The role involves supervision, opportunities, and skill development for all individuals with all abilities supported in their work program.
Major Responsibilities
- Evaluates program participants’ interests and determines and develops individual skills.
- Creates individual goals to reflect the participant’s vision regarding skill development.
- Completes all necessary assessments and paperwork for the participant’s annual support meeting.
- Maintains daily data, monthly quarterly progress reports, interest inventories, assessments, payroll for persons served, and confidential record updates.
- Meets the physical and personal care needs of the people supported by the program.
- Follows HIPAA, security regulations, and guidelines.
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Proficient computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Pay: Up to $18/hr.
