About the job
Our Client, The Leader In Luxury Cruising, Is Looking For Experienced Product Owners To Help Drive Two Key Guest Services Initiatives. Our Client Has Several Projects In Motion Now, With More To Come In 2023, That Will Leverage Digital Solutions To Improve Our Guest Service Experiences. This Includes
Reducing lines at our Guest Services and Internet desks
Allowing guests to chat with Guest Services and/or a chatbot
Enhancing our Notifications platform
Improving how guests connect to Wi-Fi and purchase Internet
For Our Client's Notifications Projects, We're Looking For Someone Who Can Not Only Evolve Our Client's Notifications Platform But Also Operationalize It
Work with the engineering team to support our Notifications functionality, including managing backlog, spearheading enhancements, and helping to build a product roadmap
Work with business partners to help craft marketing strategies for promotions, flash sales, and other events leveraging our Notification tools, including push notifications, in-app takeovers, and other channels
Bonus: Mix of product management and marketing experience
Bonus: Experience with OneSignal or other notification platforms
For our client's Wi-Fi + Internet efforts, we're looking for someone who can work with our networking and engineering teams to drastically improve how our guests get connected.
Work with the networking (IT) team to enhance our existing Captive Portal experience
Work with the engineering (app) team to launch new ways of connecting to Wi-Fi and purchasing Internet access through our app
Manage backlog, spearhead enhancements across networking and engineering teams, and help build a product roadmap
Bonus: Experience working with Captive Portals and/or onboarding users to Wi-Fi experiences
Bonus: Needs to be technically savvy. Detailed knowledge of development and experience with API integrations
